Scott Coller, PharmD
Scott brings over 20 years of experience spanning hospital pharmacy leadership, health data product development, and AI innovation. He spent 10+ years in clinical leadership roles including positions at community hospitals and as clinical faculty at an academic medical center, where he experienced firsthand how fragmented data creates gaps in care.
Transitioning to product development, Scott spent 8+ years building claims-based underwriting solutions and health data interpretation products at a major insurance analytics firm. He led teams that scaled products significantly across the life insurance industry, touching millions of patient lives—but recognized the fundamental limitation: these were extraction tools, not intelligence layers.
That realization led to founding Gesund in 2023, with a mission to build the first true clinical reasoning engine for health data interpretation. Scott currently serves as Adjunct Instructor of Applied AI at Waukesha County Technical College, teaching the next generation of AI practitioners while building Gesund's MultiExpert™ platform.
